Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to inform client advice.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store key performance indicators and conversion targets.
  • Support inventory management, merchandising, visual presentation and ensure a clean, organized retail environment.
  • Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays; maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive store culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment preferred.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and building client confidence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; comfortable consulting one‑on‑one and in small groups.
  • Team-oriented, goal-driven, adaptable and able to quickly learn and share product knowledge.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours for a part-time schedule and to work peak retail periods.

Experience
