Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Educate customers on beauty trends, new techniques, and product innovations to enhance their purchasing decisions
- Maintain expertise in current beauty trends and industry developments to provide relevant and compelling advice
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives and key performance indicators
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and store displays to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and develop lasting client relationships in a retail setting
- Maintain scheduling flexibility, including availability during peak business periods, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships in a retail environment
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and emerging beauty trends
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail experience in beauty, fashion, or customer-facing environments is advantageous but not required. Beginners with strong interpersonal skills and passion for beauty are encouraged to apply.
