The Beauty Advisor welcomes and advises clients, provides personalised consultations, supports daily store operations and helps achieve store targets while managing stock and deliveries. This is a full-time, fixed-term, on-site role at Sephora on Via del Corso in Rome.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and deliver a distinctive, memorable shopping experience, ensuring they feel cared for, listened to and well advised.
- Provide personalised consultations tailored to each client.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists with daily activities.
- Contribute actively to store budget and target achievement, adapting to changes in strategy and action plans set by managers.
- Organise and manage stockroom inventory and deliveries.
- Foster team spirit by collaborating with colleagues and cultivating a positive working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Sales Assistant, Promoter or Beauty Consultant, preferably in a dynamic multinational retail environment.
- Knowledge of key retail KPIs.
- Empathy and dynamism.
- Results orientation.
- A collaborative approach and aptitude for teamwork.
