Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Rome for its Roma Appia store, with a temporary contract under the CCNL Commercio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to achieving store objectives, including budget and sales targets, adapting to strategic changes and management action plans.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
- Foster team spirit through open, trusting collaboration with colleagues across the organization, and help create a positive, productive environment by recognizing team and individual successes.
- Welcome customers and deliver a distinctive, memorable shopping experience, making them feel cared for, heard and expertly advised.
- Build strong client relationships and provide client-focused solutions, including personalized consultations based on client profiles.
