Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Rome store to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales within a dynamic, multicultural retail environment. The role requires actively contributing to store objectives, providing personalized beauty consultations, and fostering strong client relationships whilst maintaining a service-oriented mindset and collaborative team spirit. The successful candidate will demonstrate passion for beauty, sales drive, flexibility, and energy in a fast-paced prestige retail setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to achieving store objectives, budgets, and targets whilst adapting to strategic changes and management action plans
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily store activities
- Greet customers and ensure a unique, memorable shopping experience through expert advice and attentive service
- Build strong client relationships and deliver personalized beauty consultations based on customer profiles and needs
- Cultivate team spirit through open collaboration and trustful interaction with colleagues across the organization
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by celebrating team and individual successes
- Maintain knowledge of key commerce KPIs and contribute to their achievement
- Demonstrate results-oriented mindset whilst handling the fast-paced environment with flexibility and initiative

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 23,371 per annum.
