Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Porte di Roma location to deliver exceptional customer experiences within a dynamic, multinational retail environment. The role combines client relationship-building with strategic sales contributions, where the successful candidate will provide personalized beauty consultations, support store objectives, and foster a collaborative team atmosphere in one of Europe's leading prestige beauty retailers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver personalized beauty consultations based on individual profiles, ensuring a memorable and empowering shopping experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through active listening, expertise, and client-centric solutions
- Contribute to achieving store budget and sales targets while adapting to strategic changes and management action plans
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in daily store operations and merchandising activities
- Foster positive team collaboration and a strong workplace culture through open communication and recognition of individual and collective achievements
- Maintain proficiency with point-of-sale systems and key software applications to support sales transactions and customer data management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, or beauty consultation roles, preferably in multinational retail environments
- Genuine passion for beauty and skincare
- Natural sales ability with results-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated service orientation

Experience
Beginner-level candidates are welcome; previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant is preferred but not required. Experience within dynamic, multinational retail environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma (Diploma di Scuola Superiore) required.
