Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, consultative beauty advice to clients and guide product discovery to maximise customer satisfaction and conversion.
- Contribute to achieving daily and monthly store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling, clienteling and merchandising.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists with store operations, stock management, visual standards and execution of promotional activities.
- Create and sustain exceptional client experiences by greeting customers, conducting tailored consultations and building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team spirit, share best practices and celebrate commercial and service achievements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or beauty experience preferred (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) but not mandatory.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Demonstrated agility, empathy and resilience in fast-paced retail environments.
- Organisational skills and familiarity with retail KPIs.
