Sephora is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Rome (Porta di Roma). Part‑time, fixed‑term retail role delivering personalised beauty consultations and driving sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and deliver personalised, memorable in-store consultations across makeup, skincare, fragrance and hair categories.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships through attentive listening, tailored recommendations and follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs by converting walk-ins, promoting relevant products and executing promotional initiatives.
  • Support the Store Manager and in-store specialists with daily operational tasks and implementation of merchandising and commercial directives.
  • Receive, organise and maintain the stockroom, manage deliveries and ensure product availability on the selling floor.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by recognising successes, sharing knowledge and fostering open, respectful communication.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level or beginner; previous experience as a sales assistant, promoter or beauty consultant preferred, ideally in a dynamic, multinational retail environment.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with empathy, dynamism and a client-centric mindset.
  • Results-oriented approach with familiarity or willingness to learn commerce KPIs and basic retail metrics.
  • Strong team orientation and a commitment to inclusivity and respect for individual differences.

Experience
