Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a unique and memorable shopping experience.
- Offer personalized consultations tailored to individual customer needs.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in daily operations.
- Actively contribute to achieving store targets and adapting to strategic changes.
- Manage inventory and deliveries efficiently.
- Foster a strong team spirit and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Understanding of key retail KPIs.
- Empathy and dynamism.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Teamwork predisposition.
