Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience.
- Provide personalized consultations based on customer needs and product knowledge.
- Support store management and specialists in daily operations.
- Contribute to achieving store targets and adapt to strategic changes.
- Manage stock and deliveries efficiently.
- Foster a strong team spirit and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Understanding of key retail KPIs.
- High school diploma.
