Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey
- Monitor and communicate emerging beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to deliver relevant advice
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by Sephora Canada
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture where all team members feel valued and empowered
- Maintain compliance with Sephora Canada policies and uphold safety, security, and guest experience standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environments with demonstrated excellence in customer service

Experience
