Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Demonstrate extensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, ensuring a supportive and empowering atmosphere.
- Adhere to Sephora Canada standards, ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment with a proven ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships.
- A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive team.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment is required.
