Sephora Rockaway, NJ seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor. Hourly $19.80–$22.90; deliver personalized consultations and expert product recommendations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through make-up application, skincare advice and product demonstrations to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals and key performance indicators through active selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, informed advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold company policies to create a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service and build strong customer relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.
  • Passion for beauty, cosmetics and trends with a desire to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holiday shifts as required.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
