Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Rochester Hills to deliver personalized consultations, product recommendations and expert beauty guidance while supporting sales goals, inventory, merchandising and an inclusive store environment. The role is permanent, part-time, with 15–29 hours per week; availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required. Hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on qualifications, experience and other position- or location-specific business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep current with beauty products, techniques and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
