Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor for its Pittsford store in Rochester, with a regular, permanent position requiring 15–29 hours per week. The role delivers personalized beauty consultations and recommendations, supports sales, inventory and merchandising, and contributes to an inclusive, welcoming shopping environment; pay is $18.00–$20.50 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on each client's needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours; be available during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays; maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.

- Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
