Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques and application methods
- Monitor industry trends and maintain current awareness of new products, beauty innovations, and consumer preferences
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain inventory accuracy, execute merchandising standards, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, openness, and team collaboration among all colleagues
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment
