Sephora is hiring a Flex Beauty Advisor on a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours basis (4–14 hours per week) to deliver personalized beauty consultations, product recommendations, and client service while supporting sales, inventory, merchandising, and store standards. The role requires availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and offers $20.85–$23.98 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay informed about current beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
