Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Monitor and stay informed of emerging beauty trends, products, and industry innovations to provide relevant guidance
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by Sephora
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
