Sephora Riverhead, NY is hiring a Part-time Beauty Advisor — deliver personalised beauty consultations and drive sales in a client-focused retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver highly personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding store KPIs and individual sales goals through consultative selling and effective merchandising.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and welcoming.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to keep client advice relevant and compelling.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold company policies that ensure a safe, positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience demonstrating exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- A demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product learning.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays and meet required minimum weekly shifts.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
