The Beauty Advisor supports store targets and daily operations, contributes to a collaborative team environment, and provides personalized beauty advice and memorable client experiences. Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to store budget and sales targets, adapting to strategic changes and management action plans.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists with daily activities.
- Help build a collaborative team spirit through open, trusting interactions with colleagues across the organization, fostering a positive and productive environment and recognizing team and individual successes.
- Welcome customers and deliver a memorable shopping experience through attentive listening and expert advice.
- Build strong client relationships and provide client-focused solutions, including personalized consultations based on client profiles.
