Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences
- Educate clients on product benefits and cosmetic techniques while staying current with industry trends and innovations
- Maintain store cleanliness, inventory organization, and visual merchandising standards to ensure a welcoming shopping environment
- Drive sales results by exceeding performance goals and key performance indicators set by management

Qualifications

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ongoing beauty product training provided by employer.
