Sephora Ridgeland, MS is hiring a Part-time Beauty Advisor. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and exceed sales targets ($16.60–$22.00/hr).

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to elevate the client experience and build loyalty.
- Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application techniques and product benefits.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and proactive client engagement.
- Maintain visual standards: execute merchandising, restocking and presentation guidelines to ensure an inviting, on-brand selling environment.
- Support inventory processes, assist with stock management and ensure the sales floor and back stock are organized and compliant.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented workplace by collaborating with colleagues and participating in store initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty trends, products and techniques, with a willingness to continuously learn and share knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with a diverse client base.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet the required weekly shift minimum for part-time schedules (15–29 hrs/week).
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing position is preferred and demonstrates the ability to provide excellent service and develop client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty-related certification is a plus.
