The part-time Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty consultations and customized makeup and skincare services at Sephora, while supporting client bookings, product education, and store sales events. The role is permanent and hourly, with compensation of CAD 19.70–23.20 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations by understanding clients’ goals and recommending suitable products and services.
- Perform customized beauty services, including makeup applications and skincare treatments, while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new products, and Sephora brand launches.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive client experience and manage bookings and rebookings for beauty services.
- Participate in sales events and promotions to engage clients and contribute to store sales goals.
Qualifications
