Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and application techniques to educate and empower clients, including live demos and sampling.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement, conversion and retention.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming store environment.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora Canada policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience with demonstrated excellence in customer service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and empowering clients’ confidence through product expertise.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; part‑time availability of 15–29 hours/week.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, demo and merchandising tasks for extended periods.

Experience
Entry‑level role. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or client‑facing roles is preferred but not required; on‑the‑job training is provided.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
