Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, product benefits and routines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches and merchandising initiatives to inform client advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support store operations including inventory handling, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming environment.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork while adhering to Sephora Canada policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong team orientation.
- Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and reliably meet scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Entry-level. Previous retail or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
