Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Demonstrate product expertise and perform product demonstrations to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory management, merchandising and visual presentation to maintain an organized, inviting store environment.
- Uphold Sephora policies and maintain a safe, inclusive shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively within the store team to promote an open, inclusive culture and ensure excellent client service during peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build client relationships.
- A genuine passion for beauty products, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to consult and influence clients effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work reliably within a schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
