Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Support merchandising, inventory accuracy and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold Sephora’s operational and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Reliable availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
