Sephora Canada (Regina) seeks a Full-time Beauty Advisor to deliver consultations, drive sales and maintain merchandising. Pay CAD$16.00–$18.80/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one-to-one consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrate and apply product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Actively drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store environment that reflects Sephora’s brand values and customer-first culture.
  • Comply with company policies and support a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience for clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
  • A genuine passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain product, brand and application knowledge.
  • Availability to work retail peak hours including evenings, weekends and holidays and meet full‑time scheduling requirements (30–40 hrs/week).
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
