Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients to empower purchase decisions.
- Stay informed on beauty trends and new product launches to provide contemporary, relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance and achieve weekly KPIs through consultative selling and client follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, compliant retail environment.
- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and maintain reliable attendance.
Qualifications

Experience
Entry-level. Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a beauty-focused environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Cosmetology, esthetician, or beauty certification is a plus.
