Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product innovations and techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales and achieve store KPIs through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with inventory tasks, and ensure a clean, welcoming retail environment.
  • Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
  • Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctual attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment is preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and a genuine interest in helping clients feel confident.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to selling.
