Sephora is hiring a part-time, flex-schedule Beauty Advisor in Red Deer, Alberta, on a non-guaranteed-hours basis, with 0–14 hours per week. The role delivers personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations, supports sales goals and store operations, and requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Keep up with beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive, open culture where everyone feels empowered, and collaborate with the team.
- Follow company policies and help provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Be available for peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
