Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored, consultative beauty experiences through one-on-one product recommendations and demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; communicate benefits and application techniques to clients.
- Support merchandising, inventory control and visual standards to ensure a clean, organized and on-brand store environment.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and upholding Sephora Canada policies and customer service standards.
- Be available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide excellent client service in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment (experience preferred but entry-level candidates considered).
- Passion for beauty, trends and a dedication to empowering client confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to selling.
- Reliable, punctual and able to meet scheduling requirements for peak retail hours.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer-service aptitude, quick learning ability and a track record of working collaboratively to meet sales goals.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
