Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations to each client.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques.
