Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor in Raleigh to deliver personalized consultations, expert product recommendations and an inclusive client experience while supporting sales, merchandising and store standards. This part-time, flex role offers non-guaranteed hours of 4–14 per week; availability for nights, weekends and holidays is required. Hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on qualifications, experience and other position- or location-specific factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client's needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Keep up with beauty products, techniques and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered and contribute to teamwork.
- Follow company policies and uphold Sephora standards to help provide a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
