Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Drive sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs through proactive client engagement and conversion.
- Maintain an inviting, well-merchandised and hygienic sales floor; support inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and adhere to company policies and safety standards.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to support peak retail operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, hospitality or other client-facing role preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative, goal-driven approach.
- Quick learner with an ability to absorb and share product information.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to meet required minimum weekly hours for part-time scheduling (15–29 hours/week) and to work peak shifts.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service aptitude and an eagerness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques.
