Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.

- Drive sales performance by achieving individual sales targets and contributing to store KPIs.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.

Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends and holidays with reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team environment and adapt quickly to new product information.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Experience
Entry-level position; prior retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and develop client relationships is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty-related training/certification is a plus.
