Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment preferred.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Flexible availability for nights, weekends and holidays with reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team environment and adapt quickly to new product information.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Experience
