Sephora in Radom is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor — client-facing role delivering personalised beauty advice and sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised product recommendations and consultations tailored to each customer’s skin type, preferences and needs.
  • Actively drive sales and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
  • Deliver client service in line with the Sephora Attitude, build lasting client relationships and support clienteling activities.
  • Perform product demonstrations and basic makeup applications as required to showcase products.
  • Maintain visual standards: ensure product displays are clean, well-merchandised and fully replenished.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to meet operational objectives and cover assigned shifts, including 2–3 selected Saturdays and shopping Sundays.

Qualifications

  • Natural aptitude for customer service and relationship building.
  • Interest in and knowledge of the beauty industry, including current product and trend awareness.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Availability to work a part-time schedule with flexibility for selected Saturdays and shopping Sundays.
  • Communicative English and experience in makeup application are advantageous.

Experience
