Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys
- Stay informed of the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant, trend-forward advice
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through effective client engagement
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
