Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product and beauty knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay informed about new products, techniques, and beauty trends to provide relevant advice and encourage repeat visits.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Manage inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.
