Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen building.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application methods to provide relevant, inspiring advice.
- Contribute to sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow‑up.
- Maintain an inviting, well‑merchandised and hygienic sales floor: replenish stock, execute visual merchandising and support inventory control.
- Work flexible shifts and be available during peak trading periods including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Customer‑focused retail experience with demonstrable ability to build strong client relationships.
- Passion for beauty and confidence discussing makeup, skincare and fragrance with clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to educate and influence clients.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal‑oriented, inclusive environment.
- Physically able to lift and move merchandise up to 22.7 kg and to stand for extended periods.
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part‑time/flexible schedules and to work peak hours.

Experience
Entry‑level role; prior retail or beauty sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated customer service aptitude is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
