Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor in Quanzhou to deliver outstanding customer service, manage sales, and maintain product displays. The role offers comprehensive training, competitive compensation, and opportunities for career advancement within the luxury beauty sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training and examinations at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain responsibility for product displays, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Execute cashier duties following established procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
