Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise by educating and empowering clients in their beauty journeys
- Monitor and communicate emerging beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators while maintaining Sephora's service standards
- Maintain store standards through inventory management, merchandising support, and ensuring a clean, organized, welcoming environment

Qualifications
