Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and applications
- Maintain awareness of emerging beauty products, trends, and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice
- Contribute to sales performance by exceeding key performance indicators and revenue targets
- Support store operations through inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment
