Sephora is hiring a Part-time Beauty Consultant in Poznań (King Cross). Join a customer-focused team selling prestige cosmetics and providing makeup expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients and recommend cosmetics and skincare solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Drive active selling to achieve personal and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain client relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product presentation, cleanliness and shelf replenishment to brand merchandising standards.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support store operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build rapport and engage customers in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in beauty products and current trends.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to collective targets.
- Availability to work part-time including 2–3 selected Saturdays and occasional trade Sundays.

Experience
Entry-level position; candidates should have some prior retail sales or customer-service experience. Beginner-level applicants with demonstrable interest in beauty and basic makeup skills are welcome.
