Sephora Beauty Advisor - Flex position in Poughkeepsie, NY. Part-time, non-guaranteed hours (4–14 hrs/week) at $19.80–$22.90/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Stay current with the latest beauty products, trends, and innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales results by exceeding performance targets and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment
