Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, products, and industry developments to provide relevant advice
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators set by store management
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive team culture and promote a sense of belonging among colleagues and clients
- Adhere to Sephora's operational policies and contribute to a safe, secure shopping experience

Qualifications
