Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through application, explanation, and education of make‑up, skincare and fragrance products.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
  • Support store operations including inventory handling, merchandising, visual standards, and maintaining a clean, welcoming sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience with a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Passion for beauty, current industry trends, and a desire to empower client confidence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented environment and adapts quickly to product training.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and meet the scheduling requirements (30–40 hrs/week for full time).

Experience
