Sephora Pontevedra is hiring a Part-time Beauty Advisor (temporary). Customer-facing role requiring 1+ year beauty experience and fluent English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, consultative service to clients across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare, including product demonstrations and application.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement, cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives.
- Manage stock replenishment, pricing, inventory accuracy and back-of-house organisation.
- Participate in onboarding and continuous training programmes; contribute to a collaborative, high-energy store environment.
- Handle transactions, returns and client follow-up with professionalism and adherence to store policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of customer-facing experience in beauty retail or cosmetics.
- Residence within the Pontevedra province or local area.
- Fluent spoken English (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage.
- Clear vocation for customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty products, trends and brand knowledge.

Experience
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within the beauty or cosmetics sector, preferably in retail or boutique environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualifications or formal training in beauty, cosmetics or retail is desirable.
