Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and skin profile
• Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys
• Monitor and communicate knowledge of the latest beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to clients
• Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators established by Sephora
• Maintain store aesthetic through inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment where all colleagues feel valued and empowered
• Uphold Sephora's operational standards and company policies to ensure a secure and enjoyable customer experience
• Ensure reliability and punctuality during assigned flexible shifts, including peak retail operations and holiday periods

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or service-oriented environments
• Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetic trends, and empowering customer confidence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in collaborative, goal-focused, and inclusive settings
• Quick learner capable of absorbing and articulating product knowledge effectively
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Skills

Experience

Entry-level; previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-focused service environments preferred but not mandatory. Beginners with demonstrated passion for beauty and strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.60 to USD 19.30 per hour.
