Sephora Canada in Pointe-Claire hiring a Beauty Advisor (part-time): provide expert consultations, drive sales and deliver personalised beauty experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
- Educate and empower clients on product use, ingredients and beauty routines to build trust and repeat business.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to store KPIs through expert clienteling and effective merchandising.
- Maintain store presentation: manage stock, replenish displays and ensure a clean, organised and inviting environment.
- Stay current on product launches, techniques and trend developments to provide relevant, compelling advice.
- Work flexibly to cover peak trading periods including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Customer-facing retail experience or demonstrated aptitude for providing excellent client service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Genuine passion for beauty products, trends and makeup/skincare techniques.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a target-driven team environment while applying inclusive behaviours.
- Physically able to lift and move up to 22.7 kg (50 lbs).
Skills
Experience
Entry-level position; prior retail or customer-service experience in beauty is an asset but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.10 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
